Mermaids Diver Center เป็น PADI 5 Star CDC (Career Development Center) มานานหลายปี และในทุกๆปี เราได้มีการเปิดสอนหลักสูตร PADI IDC (Instructor Development Courses) นั่นคือความภาคภูมิใจอย่างยิ่งที่เราสามารถผลิตครูสอนดำน้ำระดับมืออาชีพได้อย่างนับไม่ถ้วน, 11 ปีที่หาดจอมเทียน พัทยา Mermaids นับเป็นที่แรกที่ได้รับเกียรติให้เป็น 5 Star CDC Dive Center ของภาคตะวันออก
Mr.Russell Martin เคยเป็น Platinum Director มาสองครั้ง เป็นหนึ่งในร้อยคนของโลก Mr.Desi Doggart ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติที่จะเป็น Platinum Director เช่นกัน ซึ่งขณะนี้กำลังรอการรับรองจาก PADI
ปีนี้ Mermaids ได้มีการพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยรวมไปถึงห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ และโรงแรมที่พักสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับเรา ที่ Mermaids มีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านการฝึกสอนดำน้ำตั้งแต่ระดับพื้นฐานจนสามารถเป็นครูผู้สอนมืออาชีพแล้ว ยังให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านการบริหารธุรกิจอีกด้วย
ทุกหลักสูตรที่เราเปิดสอนสามารถตรงตามความต้องการของผู้เรียน เพื่อให้คุณมีความสามารถสูงสุดเพื่อที่จะเป็น Dive Master(ผู้ช่วยครูสอน) หรือ Dive Instructor(ครูผู้ฝึกสอน)
เพื่อที่คุณจะมีโอกาสได้มีงานทำ เรามีการเพิ่มหลักสูตรที่สถาบันอื่นไม่มีให้กับคุณ และเราก็มีประสบการณ์มายาวนานถึงสิบปีกับการฝึกสอน
