August 2017 Newsletter
We had the honor of meeting Dr Drew Richardson, CEO of PADI and seeing Danny Dwyer VP of PADI Asia Pacific again here at our Operations Center in Jomtien. It was a great opportunity to discuss exciting future projects with them and introduce them to our diving lifestyle. Thank you both for coming by to wish us a Happy 25th Birthday and our Outstanding Contribution to the Diving Industry Awards. It’s been an amazing 25 years and more to come.
We celebrated our 25th Anniversary as a PADI Dive Center on 29th July 2017. We would like to thank everyone who joined us at our 25th Birthday Bash, it was amazing fun with you all and those that couldn’t make it, we missed you too. Thank you to the PADI Asia Pacific Team, AquaMaster Thailand, Aqua Lung Asia Pacific and Apeks for flying in to join us for the night. We wouldn’t be here without our divers and suppliers and your continued support.
International Clean Up The Reef Days
September is our month of Project Aware International Clean Up The Reef Days. It’s another huge milestone for us as we are celebrating 10 years of cleaning up our local island of Koh Sak. So many divers, snorkelers and non swimmers of all ages have contributed to this massive event each year and we are proud to have such a positive impact on our local community.
We’ve got the Inter Schools Events on the 9th and 16th September and then the Mermaids Open Day on Saturday 7th October. Take part and help us keep our reefs and islands trash free. We’ve got everything arranged for you with breakfast and lunch to a T Shirt. For more information on the Clean Ups and to make a difference, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
