Koh Chang is coming up in November and it's the perfect weekend to get away with some great wreck diving thrown in. We leave Mermaids on Friday 16th November 2018 at 11am. We return back to Pattaya on Sunday 18th in the evening.
Included in the weekend package is 2 days of diving on air (6 dives in total on the HTMS Chang Wreck) 2 nights accommodation on a sharing basis with breakfast. Lunch is provided on the boat for divers. We will provide any dive equipment you need free of charge and Nitrox is available for an additional charge.
It's a great trip for any certification level due to the depth of the wreck. Contact Terry for more info.
We've confirmed our 2019 Liveaboard Trip to the Similan Islands. Book now to avoid missing out on this fun filled and exciting dive trip. We travel to Phuket to board the liveaboard on the 16th April and fly back home on the 21st April. It's 15 dives over 4 days including night dives. This year we got not one but two whale sharks on a single dive, making this one of the best trips ever. 2019 we are expecting whale sharks again and Manta Rays as well.
Keep Saturday 6th October 2018 free in your diary. It's the last International Clean Up our Reef and Beach Day in the Project Aware #awareweek. This is when we as a dive community get together to give something back to our environment and collect trash that can harm our marine life. It's shocking to hear that 60% of all the sea birds have plastic inside them and more disturbing it affects 100% of all sea turtles.
For those of you who don't dive, you can join us as a snorkeler and beach cleaner. This group focuses on the beach area where most of the trash collects in high and low tide. It's also the hotspot for the most trash collected on the day. If you can't swim or have young children, our safety speed boat will take you to the beach and return to you to the main boats.
Get your T Shirt, have breakfast with us on the morning and come out and collect trash. A freshly cooked lunch is included on your boat and we do a BBQ Dinner back at the center at the end of the day. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more info, prices for the day and to make bookings.
We’ve got some exciting fins coming in store soon, ladies keep an eye out for the most amazing colors yet. Dive with us on the weekend and join our Saturday Social BBQ's, they are the prefect place for you to meet new people and have some down time with the Mermaids Team.
Keep up to date by joining our new trip group.
