Rayong Pinnacles Dive Trip January 2019
It was an early Saturday morning start but everyone was really excited to get going and dive the Pinnacles and the Petra Wreck on the way back to the pier. After checking in at Mermaids and getting dive equipment fitted, we were soon on our way.
The dives on the Pinnacles gave us plenty of marine life and a whole load of healthy corals. The depths on the sites are anywhere from 5m to 25m, so a great day out for any certification level and age. The Petra Wreck is also great dive on the way back for anyone wanting to get their wreck diver thrill.
We’ve managed to get another date in the diary for the trip and this time it’s on the 23rd February. We will be diving from the King Olav boat again and its really comfortable. We head out to the first dive on the larger of the Pinnacles folllowed by a dive on the smaller Pinnacle. Lunch is provided at 1.30pm followed by a dive on the Petra Wreck at about 3.00pm.
We’ll arrive back at the pier at about 5.00pm and head back to Mermaids to arrive at about 6.30/7.00pm (there is some roadworks on the main road, so we may be a bit delayed)
